5th Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 5th Annual General Meeting of the Nyambaria Alumni Association will
be held on 27th December 2022 at Dan’s Hotel Kisii starting at 10.00 am sharp.
The agenda will be;

1. Reading and confirmation of minutes of the previous meeting held on 27th December
   2021.
2. To receive, consider, and adapt the annual report and financial statements for the year
   ended 31st December 2021 together with the management report as tabled.
3. To review and approve the operational budget for the year 22/23 as proposed by the
   treasurer.
4. To appoint auditors for the ensuing year, authorize management to interview them and
   fix their fees.
5. Pass resolutions for the year 2023.
6. Appointment to committees and Council.
7. Any other business to be received at least 7 days before the AGM
